One of the best-rated restaurants in Medellín is in that plaza, along with other local attractions. In accordance with Law 679 of 2001, the entry of minors into any tourist establishment with fines for prostitution, sexual abuse, exploitation, and/or pornography is strictly prohibited. Before check-in, it is mandatory to fill out the form that is sent when making the reservation; without this information, the door code will not be sent. All guests must be registered at the front desk with their Colombian ID, CEDULA (''contraseña'' are not allowed), or passport (physical format). Absolutely no minors unaccompanied by their parents are allowed in the building unless they provide notarized permission from their parents. Minors accompanied by their parents must provide an original birth certificate (physical format). Monthly bookings: there is no explicit limit to invited guests, however, no more than +5 guests (6 including you) are allowed to occupy the apartment at any given time. As this apartment is located in a residential building, loud music and parties are not allowed at any time; non-compliance with the rules will lead to a penalty of $200. Pets are not allowed; unauthorized pets in the apartment will lead to a penalty of $200. Be aware that for instant bookings the same day, check-in at 3 pm cannot be guaranteed. Unauthorized late check-out will lead to a penalty of $100. The company is not responsible for the loss of objects left outside the safe or the loss of personal objects when the guest has had visitors in the apartment. The company is not responsible for external noise (street, restaurants, neighbors, constructions, etc.). You may be warned once if there is a noise complaint during your stay. The second complaint will result in a $50 fine, and repeated violations will be met with eviction by our security staff. Photo shoots are not allowed in the unit. Includes a dedicated office space.
